Shipping + Returns
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 2-4 business days of purchase. If you require expedited shipping, please reach out to us at Hello@AdeSamuel.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
Please allow up to 21 business days for International Shipments to be delivered via Standard USPS shipping. For Priority International Shipping- please contact us at Hello@AdeSamuel.com.
All returns and exchanges must be received within 10 business days from original delivery date. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.
Items should be returned new in their original Ade Samuel packaging. Shoes that are returned without the packaging and invoice will not be accepted.
Your updated order will be shipped out once original merchandise has been received and approved by support
Returns that are damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Easy-to-follow instructions are included with each shipment. A full refund including sales tax will only be given to non-faulty items that follow return guidelines.
Reimbursement will be credited to the credit card used for original purchase. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
